Chi Lin Technology was founded in 1964, a member of Chi Mei Group. In the early stage, Chi Lin was engaged in the processing of PE products, then our business slowly expanded into the production of composite materials and the color masterbatch fields. Chi Lin has been and continues to play an important role in the “plastic processed material” industry here in Taiwan for more than 40 years.

Since 2000, Chi Mei Group extended its business scope into the development of the Optoelectronics industry. Using Chi Lin Technology’s extensive expertise in plastic material over the past 40 years, Chi Lin has developed key parts and components used in the flat panel display industry and successfully became a key provider in back lighting modules within Chi Mei Group.
