Domestic Recruitment Process:

Step 1 : Submit your resume We have our recruitment at 104 or 1111 Job Bank, you can select the job you are interested in, You may browse detailed job descriptions and submit your resume there. Step 2: Resume Review We will conduct an initial screening based on your education, experience, and professional skills. If you meet our job requirements, we will contact you via phone or email. Step 3: Interview In the interview day, we will conduct logic and professional tests, followed by interviews with the supervisor and HR. This is for a deeper understanding of your personal traits and professional abilities, and to give you a better understanding of CHILIN. We hope to evaluate the opportunity for collaboration together in interview. Step 4: Job offer notification Job offer notification will be sent in two to four weeks after interview. Once selected, we will notify the candidates by phone and send job offer letter by email with a list of documents required for onboarding.
