Environmental, Safety, and Health Policy

Global Village, Environmental Protection, Safety and Health Management CHILIN Technology has always valued environmental protection and occupational safety and health, striving to comply with government regulations and customer requirements. The company has established guidelines to follow: 1. Establish a management system, implement constant improvement, focus on safety and health, and create a friendly workplace. 2. Innovate product technology, promote energy conservation and carbon reduction, encourage mutual assistance in contracting, and work together for green production. Adhering to the concept of "Global Village, Environmental Protection, Safety and Health Management" we aim to communicate internally and externally, fulfill corporate social responsibility, and achieve sustainable operations. To achieve these goals, CHILIN Technology commits to the following actions: 1. Comply with government environmental protection and occupational safety and health laws and customer requirements, and establish relevant standard operating procedures for implementation. Through planning, implementation, inspection, and improvement, we manage actively and enhance environmental, safety, and health management performance continuously. 2. Implement employee benefits, promote environmental protection/safety and health education, enhance employees' physical and mental health, and continuously improve workplace health and safety. 3. Adopt appropriate pollution control technologies and management, reduce the use of hazardous substances, promote industrial waste reduction, resource recycling, and energy saving and carbon reduction, to minimize environmental impact during product activities and services, thereby improving corporate environmental performance. 4. Integrate customer and supply chain resources, through internal education and training systems, combined with industry practical experience, continuously educate and train employees and suppliers to enhance environmental, safety, health, and emergency response intelligence. 5. Establish good communication channels to convey the company's environmental, safety, and health policies to employees, customers, shareholders, contractors, suppliers, surrounding residents, and related groups, and widely accept suggestions. 6. Strengthen consultation and participation with employees, customers, shareholders, contractors, suppliers, supervised and directed workers, and other interested parties to jointly protect the environment and prevent occupational hazards.

Social Responsibility Policy

To implement humanitarian care, establish an excellent working environment, and fulfill social responsibility, our company has formulated the "Corporate Ethics and Human Rights Policy Management Procedures," emphasizing compliance with employee, health and safety, environmental, management system, and ethical standards requirements. Among them, the company has set social responsibility goals: ensuring that employees' working hours and overtime comply with local labor laws and that all employees understand the content of occupational ethics standards. To actively fulfill this goal and adhere to the commitment to social responsibility, in addition to our continuous efforts and practices, we sincerely hope that our suppliers also value social responsibility and corporate ethics and work together to achieve the same goals. I.Labor 1. Prohibition of Child Labor To protect the physical and mental development of children, suppliers must not use child labor at any stage of manufacturing. "Child labor" refers to labor aged 15 and above but under 16 (follow stricter local regulations). 2. Prohibition of Forced Labor Forced labor or related measures, including corporal punishment, physical or psychological abuse or coercion, intimidation, or other verbal violence, withholding wages, or withholding identity documents or other illegal forced labor, are prohibited. 3. Working Hours and Compensation Ensure that employees' working hours and overtime comply with EICC or local legal standards. Considering fluctuations in orders and seasonal changes, appropriate legal adjustments to overtime can be considered, but reasonable rest time and overtime pay must be provided to employees. The salary policy must comply with local legal requirements, not be lower than the local minimum wage standards, and include legal welfare. 4. Freedom of Association Commit to respecting all employees' rights to freely start, join, and organize unions, and clearly inform employees that they can freely join the organization they choose without any consequences or retaliation from the company. Provide communication channels so that employees can openly communicate with management without fear of retaliation, threats, or harassment, ensuring that employees can communicate with the company. 5. Non-Discrimination In matters related to hiring, compensation, training opportunities, promotion, dismissal, or retirement, there will be no unfair treatment on race, ethnicity or social origin, social class, ancestry, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political views, age, or other discrimination. Additionally, except as required by law or to determine suitability for specific work, employees must not be forced to have discriminatory medical examinations. II. Health and Safety Provide a safe and healthy workplace and environment for employees, comply with local labor safety and health regulations, OHSAS18001 occupational safety and health management system, and international social responsibility standards, and provide safe and healthy work environment regulations to prevent occupational hazards and reduce risk factors in workplace. III. Environment Commit to complying with ISO14001 requirements, establishing a systematic environmental management system, or at least providing complete evidence to prove constant improvement in environmental conditions. Also, commit to integrating environmental management with operations to provide high-quality products, services, and high-value customer service experiences. IV. Management System This management system is designed with reference to: 1. Compliance with business and product-related laws and regulations and customer requirements. 2. Compliance with the relevant regulations of this commitment. 3. Identification and reduction of operational risks related to this policy. The management system should also continuously improve. V. Ethical Standards 1. Integrity in Business Operations Obligations must be done ethically, honestly, and with integrity, and all employees must avoid conflicts of interest between personal matters and work. 2. No Improper Benifits All employees are prohibited from offering or accepting any form of benefits from business partners, especially those that may jeopardize objective and fair business decisions. Employees and their families should also avoid violating business integrity principles, including bribery and fraud. 3. Information Disclosure In case of not violating company and legal regulations, any communication with stakeholders will be proactively and fully disclosed. 4. Intellectual Property Rights Commit to complying with relevant intellectual property laws and regulations. 5. Fair Trade, Advertisement, and Competition Commit to fair trade and not participating in market competition by false advertisement or other illegal means. 6. Confidentiality Mechanism Protect customer business, technical, and other relavant information, and don't disclose any information to any third party. VI. Supply Chain Security Management Policy 1. Comply with related supply chain security regulations and customer security requirements. 2. Ensure the security of the product manufacturing process and transportation supply to customers. 3. Protect trade secrets and information security and don't disclose them to any third party. 4. Enhance the security quality of business partners to meet supply chain security requirements. 5. Implement supply chain crisis management and instant recovery from unexpected events. 6. Implement supply chain risk management and continuously improve the supply chain security system.
